Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Open the Cinnamon Rolls and set aside the icing.
  • Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces, about four pieces per roll.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

Cooking

  • Dip each cinnamon roll bite into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the coated cinnamon roll bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving

  • Remove bites from the skillet, drizzle with icing or syrup, and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or toaster oven.
