Toppings

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave or over low heat. Mix in cocoa powder and brown sugar until smooth.

Making Brownie Batter

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla, then mix into the chocolate mixture to form the brownie batter.
  • Fill cupcake liners with brownie batter about halfway.

Making Cheesecake Batter

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually mix in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Spoon cheesecake batter over brownie batter evenly.

Baking
