Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan (5 minutes).
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs and cake mix. Stir until just combined (5 minutes).
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely (15 minutes).

Notes

For extra flavor, add cinnamon, vanilla, or mix-ins like walnuts or chocolate chips. This recipe also works great in muffin tins—just adjust the baking time to 18–22 minutes.
