In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar.
Stir until smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha if desired.
Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Notes
For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Make it vegan with plant-based mayo and ensure the chili sauce is vegan. Add cayenne for extra heat!
