  • 2 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha if desired.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Make it vegan with plant-based mayo and ensure the chili sauce is vegan. Add cayenne for extra heat!
