  • 2 large Eggs Use fresh eggs for best flavor.

Protein Options

  • 1 lb Ground beef Use fatty ground beef for richer flavor.
  • 1 lb Crispy bacon Fry until crispy before adding to soup.
  • 1 cup Shredded turkey Great for using leftovers.

Dairy Additions

  • 1 cup Heavy cream For rich and creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded For added flavor.

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Sea salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Optional for a bit of heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot, simmer the bone broth over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Whisk the eggs and slowly pour them into the broth, stirring gently.

Cooking

  • Add the crispy bacon and shredded turkey to the pot.
  • Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted.
  • Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Let the soup simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage. Allow to cool before freezing.
