Ingredients
  

Burrito Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 large ripe avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for grilling
  • fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to mix.
  • Warm the flour tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla and roll tightly into burritos.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Slice burritos in half and serve with fresh lime wedges.

Notes

Customize with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, or hot sauce inside the burrito for added flavor. Best served warm and fresh.
