Ingredients
  

Juice Blend

  • 2 cups fresh white seedless grapes
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional, for brightness

To Serve

  • ice cubes
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse grapes under cold water and remove from stems (5 minutes).
  • In a blender, combine grapes, cold water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth (1–2 minutes).
  • Strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp (2 minutes). Chill in fridge or serve immediately over ice.
  • Pour into glasses, top with mint, and enjoy the natural sweetness of white grapes.

Notes

For a sparkling twist, mix with chilled soda water or kombucha. Use red grapes for a variation with a richer flavor and color.
