Instructions
Rinse grapes under cold water and remove from stems (5 minutes).
In a blender, combine grapes, cold water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth (1–2 minutes).
Strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp (2 minutes). Chill in fridge or serve immediately over ice.
Pour into glasses, top with mint, and enjoy the natural sweetness of white grapes.
Notes
For a sparkling twist, mix with chilled soda water or kombucha. Use red grapes for a variation with a richer flavor and color.
