Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 piece Oreo cookie crust Store-bought or homemade.

Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Should be at room temperature.
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Ganache

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Heated until just simmering.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the Oreo cookie crust and spread it evenly.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it's just simmering. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Once ready, slice and serve chilled. Optionally top with extra whipped topping or crushed Oreos.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and don’t rush the chilling time to allow the pie to set properly. Feel free to mix and match toppings.
