  • 1 small roll small roll of canned biscuits (6 to 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (half white, half brown)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter (unsalted or salted) Melted for coating

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the biscuit package instructions.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon together to create the cinnamon-sugar blend.
  • Open the roll of biscuits and separate each biscuit carefully.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop.
  • Dip each piece of biscuit in the melted butter, ensuring it's fully coated, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Place the coated biscuit pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake according to the package instructions, usually about 10-12 minutes, until beautifully golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with milk or coffee. Great for a family activity and can involve kids in the preparation. Adjust sweetness by adding more cinnamon if desired.
