Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Gradually add flour and salt, stirring until just combined.
  • Spoon small dollops onto baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are golden and crisp. Cool on a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container to maintain crispness. Great with coffee or layered with ice cream for a delicious dessert!
