Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Gradually add flour and salt, stirring until just combined.
Spoon small dollops onto baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are golden and crisp. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
