Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix-Ins

  • 1 cup cookies and cream cookies Crushed
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed cookies and white chocolate chips if you’re feeling fancy.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow cooling in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For an extra treat, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to three months.
