Cranberry Pecan Herb Cream Cheese Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
  

  • 10 –12 celery stalks washed and trimmed
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and trim the celery stalks, then cut them into 3–4 inch pieces. (⏱️ 5 minutes)
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. (⏱️ 3 minutes)
  • Stir in chopped cranberries, pecans, parsley, and chives until evenly mixed. (⏱️ 4 minutes)
  • Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each celery piece generously with the cream cheese mixture. (⏱️ 7 minutes)
  • Arrange on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor before serving. ❄️ (⏱️ 10 minutes)
