Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 ripe plums pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the plums by washing, pitting, and chopping them into pieces.
  • Place plums and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice, then blend briefly again.
  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp if desired.
  • Serve chilled, optionally over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. You can also blend in mint or ginger for a flavor twist!
