pitted and chopped

Instructions
Prepare the plums by washing, pitting, and chopping them into pieces.
Place plums and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice, then blend briefly again.
Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp if desired.
Serve chilled, optionally over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. You can also blend in mint or ginger for a flavor twist!
