Preparation

  • Scoop the ice cream into rounded shapes, similar to fried chicken drumsticks or thighs.
  • Insert a chocolate stick into each for a bone effect.
  • Place the shaped ice cream on a tray and freeze until firm.

Coating

  • Crush the cornflakes or cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Melt the white chocolate or caramel in a separate bowl.
  • Dip the frozen ice cream into the melted chocolate or caramel.
  • Then roll it in the crushed coating until evenly covered.

Final Freeze

  • Freeze the coated ice cream for another 30 minutes to set the layers.

Notes
