Preparation

  • Choose ripe and juicy clementines.
  • Rinse them quickly and lay them flat on a tray.
  • Pop the whole clementines in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  • Let them thaw for 5-10 minutes before peeling.

Variation and Serving

  • After peeling, sprinkle Tajín or sea salt for extra flavor.
