Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs You can use store-bought or crush your own.
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted Melt before mixing with crumbs.

For the filling

  • 1 cup peanut butter Creamy peanut butter works best.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sifted for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Chill the bowl for better results.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor enhancement.
  • To taste Chocolate sauce Optional for drizzling before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until everything is well combined and resembles damp sand.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, stir together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture without deflating the cream.
  • Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.

Freezing

  • Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm. For best results, freeze overnight.

Serving

  • Drizzle chocolate sauce on top before serving, if desired.

Notes

This pie can be stored in the freezer wrapped tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil for 1 to 2 weeks. Remember to let it sit for a few minutes before slicing.
