  • to taste Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Divide the meat mixture into small portions and flatten each one.
  • Place some shredded cheese in the center of each portion, then fold the meat around the cheese to create a ball.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
