gluten-free all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

unsalted butter
softened

large eggs

milk
dairy or plant-based

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Divide batter evenly into cupcake liners, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
Notes
These cupcakes are great with your favorite gluten-free frosting. Add sprinkles or fruit for a festive touch!
