Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 0.5 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions

Optional Enhancements

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan or Mozzarella for cheesy versions
  • red pepper flakes or jalapeños for spice

Instructions

  • Thaw the frozen spinach completely and squeeze out all excess moisture using a towel or paper towels. Wet spinach will make the dip runny.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine: Knorr Vegetable Mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, prepared spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and green onions. Stir until fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor). This allows flavors to blend and thickens the texture.
  • Serve in a bread bowl or with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, or bell peppers.

Notes

Healthier version: use Greek yogurt instead of mayo. For cheesy dip, add shredded cheese. For a kick, add hot sauce or jalapeños. Vegan? Use plant-based alternatives for mayo and sour cream.
