Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves or 2 tbsp dried
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Steep lemon balm and ginger in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain and add lemon juice.
  • Sweeten with honey if desired. Serve warm or over ice.
