  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Chamoy sauce For adding flavor to popsicles
  • 1 cup Goat’s milk caramel (cajeta) For incorporation into ice cream

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the machine's instructions until it thickens.
  • For Mango-Chamoy popsicles: Blend the ripe mangoes, water, and sugar until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, adding chamoy sauce as a swirl before freezing.
  • Transfer the ice cream mixture to a container and freeze until firm.
  • Serve the ice cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, or enjoy your popsicles after freezing for at least 4 hours.
