Ingredients
  

For the Brownies

  • 1 box box brownie mix Choose your favorite brand.
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 pieces Milky Way bars, chopped You can substitute with other chocolate bars if desired.

For Topping

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Feel free to use dark or semi-sweet.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the brownie mix with 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water, and 1/3 cup vegetable oil as per the instructions on the box.

Layering

  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chopped Milky Way bars.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the first layer of brownie batter.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve these brownies warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of days, or refrigerate for longer storage. You can also freeze them for later enjoyment.
