  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky, thick dough.
  • Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  • Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  • Serve cold or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
