chopped pecans

packed brown sugar

corn syrup (light or dark)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, stir together pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla until glossy.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spoon 1 tbsp filling onto wide end of each triangle.
Roll from wide end to tip. Place seam-side down, shaping into crescents.
Bake for 9–11 minutes until golden and filling is bubbling. Rest 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
For deeper flavor, toast pecans before mixing. Try variations with walnuts, almonds, or chocolate chips.
