Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)

Filling

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, stir together pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla until glossy.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spoon 1 tbsp filling onto wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll from wide end to tip. Place seam-side down, shaping into crescents.
  • Bake for 9–11 minutes until golden and filling is bubbling. Rest 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For deeper flavor, toast pecans before mixing. Try variations with walnuts, almonds, or chocolate chips.
