Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs crushed, or substitute with chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted and cooled

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Reese’s brand recommended
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Decoration

  • chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • 28 pieces Reese’s peanut butter minis 2 minis per cup

Instructions
 

  • Place the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs into a mixing bowl. Pour the melted butter over them and mix until fully coated.
  • Add about 2 teaspoons of the crumb mixture into each cup and press down firmly.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, 1–1½ minutes.
  • Stir in creamy peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  • Spoon mixture into a piping bag (or ziplock with a corner cut off) and fill cups ¾ full.
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce, top with Reese’s minis, and cover.
  • Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Keeps 3 days refrigerated or 1 month frozen.

Notes

These cups are perfect served chilled, with ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for a month. Variations include swapping Oreo base with graham crackers or adding chocolate chips to the filling.
