Juice Ingredients

  • 20 fresh lychees or 1 can of lychees in syrup, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1–2 tsp honey optional, depending on sweetness
  • ice cubes for serving
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel and pit lychees – If using fresh lychees, remove the skin and seeds (about 10 minutes).
  • Blend ingredients – In a blender, combine lychee flesh, cold water, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth (1–2 minutes).
  • Strain & chill – Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture (optional), then chill or pour over ice.
  • Serve fresh – Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing finish. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

You can adjust sweetness with more or less honey. For an extra zing, add a pinch of grated ginger or a splash of sparkling water.
