Instructions
 

Grilled Steelhead Trout

  • Marinate fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dill for 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high. Oil the grates.
  • Grill fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes per side until opaque.

Baked Steelhead Trout

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Season trout with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Place lemon slices and thyme on top of the trout. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Pan-Seared Steelhead Trout

  • Heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season trout with salt and pepper, then cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
